WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for February 25, 2024: Wilmington Driver Arrested On OUI & Drug Charge; Billerica Man Arrested For B&E

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, February 25, 2024:
  • Cassie Doherty (35, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense), Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, Possession of a Class B Drug, and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. (1:24am)
  • A male party was taking a photo of a house. Police responded. Male party worked for DoorDash and was taking a photo of a food order left on the front steps. (1:50am)
  • Joseph Anthony Constabile (55, Billerica) was arrested for Breaking & Entering, Trespassing and Possession of a Class E Drug. (12:35pm)
  • Witman Y. Perez (28, Lawrence) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Violation of Transporting Hazardous Material. (9:25pm)
