WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for February 22, 2024: 3 Drivers Served Summonses, Road Rage Incidents, Shoplifting At Dollar Tree

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, February 22, 2024:
  • A caller reported a past road rage incident on his way into work this morning. Police responded and advised both parties. (5:48am)
  • Justin N. Paglia (25, Tewksbury) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Speeding and Marked Lanes Violation. Paglia was involved in crash on Glen Road. His vehicle went into the woods. He complained of a head injury. (6:25am)
  • An Avalon Drive caller reported someone broke into his vehicle. (7:11am)
  • A caller reported a shoplifting incident at Dollar Tree. Shoplifter – described as two tall males with dark jackets – got into a white van and took a left onto Main Street. (2:45pm)
  • Ranier J. Lakus (49, Pepperell) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Failure To Slow, and Speeding. Lakus struck a pedestrian near a Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street. Pedestrian was alert and conscious. (5:48pm)
  • A walk-in party reported someone threw a bag of liquid at her vehicle on Woburn Street, just before Lowell Street. Bag left a dent. (7:37pm)
  • Anthony Perrotto (28, Chelmsford) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended or Revoked Registration, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. A caller was in front of the station reporting a road rage incident. (8:35pm)
