WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday February 26 2024 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall. (An Executive Session precedes the meeting at 6pm).
There are some noteworthy items on the agenda, including:
- Select Board will discuss the process for interviewing the Town Manager finalists. (Editor’s Note: It appears, based on the “Important Dates” section of the agenda, the Select Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 6pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.)
- Select Board will review the petitioned and non-petitioned warrant articles for the 2024 Annual Town Meeting.
- Planning Board Valerie Gingrich will provide the board with a written update on the town’s efforts as it relates to the Multi-Family Zoning for MBTA Communities Act.
- Select Board member Frank West will provide an update on the North Wilmington Commuter Rail station platform project.
- The Select Board will consider supporting an application from the Wilmington Historical Commission to the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund.
