WILMINGTON, MA — According to the Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between February 5, 2024 to February 11, 2024.

Monday, February 5, 2024

  • Luke McGinley (20, Burlington) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. (9:33am)
  • Genilda Braga (62, Everett) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (1:18pm)

Tuesday, February 6, 2024

  • Richard F. Dellanno (67, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor (4th or Greater Offense); Leaving Scene Of Property Damage; Marked Lanes Violation; and Possession Of Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. Dellanno struck a pole in the Burlington Avenue area and drove off. Police received 3 phone calls regarding incident. Callers noted airbags went off and 2 tires were flat. (2:31pm)

  • Angel Diaz Pliego (56, Chelsea) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked License. A caller reported his son called him, stating a male party came to his door and asked to access the attic. The son didn’t let the man in the house and locked the door. The man then tried to open the door. Man got into his vehicle and drove off. Police issued a BOLO. Man worked for Service Master and went to the wrong house. (12:01pm)
  • Thomas Edward McHugh (57, Wilmington) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, License Plate Violation, and Speeding. (3:01pm)

  • Francisco Vladimir Ramos Hernandez (26, Revere) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (10:22am)

  • Dexter Deschenes Cayer (20, Ipswich) was arrested for Assault & Battery on an Individual over 60 (x2) and Resisting Arrest. Police responded to a disturbance at Shriners Auditorium. (10:45pm)

Saturday, February 10, 2024

  • Denis Hulse (53, Nashua, NH) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Speeding. Vehicle struck a pole at West Street and Lowell Street. (12:42am)
