SENIOR CENTER SPOTLIGHT: Senior Center Thanks Lowell Five Bank For Recent 5K Donation, Organizations For Sponsoring Meals

WILMINGTON, MA — In its latest newsletter, the Wilmington Senior Center extended thanks to several organizations and individuals:

• Lowell Five Bank recently donated $5,000 to the Senior Center.
• Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar recently sponsored the Senior Center’s New Year’s Luncheon.
• The Wilmington Kiwanis Club recently sponsored a luncheon featuring Harrows Chicken Pie.
• Valerie Gingrich (Planning & Conservation Director) and Jayne Wierzbicki (Planner/Economic Development Coordinator) had a great discussion with the Men’s Group regarding Section 3A MBTA Communities Zoning. Gingrich will be back at the Senior Center on Wednesday, February 28 at 1pm to hold a similar discussion with any interested seniors. Cocoa will be served.
