WHO DESERVES RECOGNITION FOR THEIR VOLUNTEERISM? Wilmington Good Guy Committee Now Seeking Nominations For 2024 Honoree

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Good Guy Committee has announced that nominations are now being accepted for the 2024 Wilmington Good Guy Award that will be presented at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 7pm.

Tell us who deserves this award because of their contributions to making this Community a great place to live. Who steps up when help is needed? Who volunteers without being asked? Who takes on a leadership role in the Community and makes sure that things get done right?
You know them from being around Town… Maybe a neighbor, a coach, a scout leader, or a member of a Club or Organization in Town? Perhaps they run a Charitable event, volunteer their time with Senior Citizens, or organize a fundraiser for a worthy cause.

Help us to honor that individual and thank them for their Good Guy efforts to make Wilmington and the World a better place. Be specific and tell us what makes your nominee better than the others!

The deadline for nominations will be March 29, 2024 and the 2024 Good Guy will be selected during the first week of April.

All submitters will be notified as to whether their candidate has been selected.

Tickets will go on sale on April 8, 2024 at $35.00 per person and join us on May 10th for a full night of dinner, fun, recognition and appreciation, hosted by Wilmington Native and stand-up comedian (and former Good Guy) Steve Bjork.
