WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Cultural Council recently awarded 27 grants, in the total amount of $10,400, to improve the quality of life in Wilmington and to help educate the community about the arts.
The Council aims to make the arts accessible to all residents by supporting local artists and allocating grants to fund programs for seniors, schools, and youth groups in Wilmington, as well as supporting library events and activities.
The Council’s FY24 grant applicants include:

- Clear Path for Veterans New England, Inc. — Connecting with Veterans through the Healing Power of Music: A Live Music Series -0 $250

- Greater Boston Stage Company Ticket — subsidy for the Elderly and Students — $850
