The family remained in the Wilmington house until 2003, when they sold the house and split the year on both coasts, living with April in California and with Cindy in New Hampshire. They traveled and enjoyed family for 15 years until they moved into Langdon Place of Nashua, an assisted living facility. Carl enjoyed visits from his extended family, worked on Sudoku puzzles, and crossword puzzles and reading books in his favorite recliner. And a weekly game of cribbage with son-in-law Mark.
