WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Animal Food Pantry is looking for a Donation Manager to assist with our mission of preventing unnecessary surrenders of animals to shelters and rescues.
About the role:
Working under the Executive Director, this role will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with volunteers to pickup donations from individual donors and our donation bin locations
- Keep inventory spreadsheet up to date
- Keep inventory organized (storage unit)
About you:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- Passion for helping animals and people
- We are really looking for someone who can dedicate 10 hours per week to this role. Time and days are flexible!
About us:
The Wilmington Animal Food Pantry provides free animal food and supplies to families that are struggling to financially provide for their animals. Our intake prevention program keeps animals in their homes and out of the shelter. In our first year, we have serviced over 250 families and are growing!
