- The Wilmington Middle School Drama Club presents Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. Three performances are scheduled — Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 6:30pm; Friday, January 19, 2024 at 6:30pm; and Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 3:30pm — inside Wilmington High School’s Joanne Benton Memorial Auditorium. - The Wilmington Board of Assessors meets at 11am in Room 9 of Town Hall. Read the agenda HERE.
- The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following activities: Needleworkers (10am); Deep Play For Kids Event (10:30am); and Switch it up! Video Game Club (3:45pm).
- The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding several activities and programs: Zumba (9am); Sewing (9:30am); and Poker (1pm). The Center is also hosting its New Years Luncheon at 12:30pm. Learn more HERE.
- TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected. WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
