WILMINGTON, MA — Sign up for income tax appointments will begin on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 11am. Please call the center to make your appointment. Appointments will fill up very quickly! Please be patient when calling to make an appointment as we will be experiencing a high volume of calls. Since this is such a busy sign up, we will only be taking your name, phone number, and address. After all appointments have been filled, we will begin call backs to give you a date and time.
What you will need to bring:
1. Identification and Social Security numbers for all persons on the return.
2. Last years tax return (2022)
3. All 2023 tax forms received in the mail:
• 1099 R for pension
• 1099 INT for interest
• 1099 DIV for dividends
• 1099 R for IRA’s
• 1099 G for lottery winnings
• Investment statements
• Social Security form
• 1444 & 1444B for stimulus amounts
4. For itemizing deductions:
• Medical costs, Insurance, Copays, Taxes paid (Real Estate), Mortgage statements, Excise taxes for car
5. Senior Circuit Breaker:
• Real Estate Tax
• Water and sewer bills.
• House value
