WILMINGTON, MA — Oliver Street Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate have acquired 187,589 square feet of warehouse/distribution facility in Wilmington, MA, for $49.5 million from Marcus Partners.
Located at 326 Ballardvale Street, the Class A facility is fully leased with features including 24-30′ clear height ceilings, loading docks, column spacing, and additional trailer storage.
The CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, Tony Hayes and Dan Hines marketed the property and arranged the sale on behalf of the owner.
