Play A Part In Selecting The Next Town Manager, Survey Closes December 30

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Town Manager Screening Committee, in collaboration with consultant Community Paradigm Associates, is pleased to announce that an online survey is available for Wilmington stakeholders to share their thoughts regarding the preferred attributes of the next Town Manager.

“We are interested in hearing recommendations regarding the skills and experience Wilmington’s stakeholders would like to see in their next Town Manager,” said Robert Peterson Jr., Chair of the Wilmington Town Manager Screening Committee. “It is important that they are an integral part of the Town Manager selection process.”

The online survey is available at: https://forms.gle/C1qm7q6Ppdx28Gjs7 and will remain open through December 30, 2023.

Former Wilmington Town Manager Jeffrey Hull recently retired following a 36-year tenure in the community. The Town hired the municipal consulting firm Community Paradigm Associates to assist in the search process. The Town of Wilmington anticipates having a new Town Manager selected within approximately 16 weeks.
