  • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following activities: Crafternoon for Grades 4-8 (3:45pm) and Mystery Making with Sisters in Crime (6:30pm).
  • The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding the following activities: Gentle Yoga (9am); Art (9:45am); Crocheting & Knitting (10:30am); Country Line Dancing (10:30am); Ceramics (1:30pm); and Functionally Fit (2pm).   • SENIOR CENTER GIVING TREE: Stop by the Wilmington Senior Center this week, take an ornament off the Giving Tree, and return a wrapped gift for a senior by December 18, 2023. Learn more HERE.
  • TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected.  WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
  • CANS WANTED: Wilmington’s Cub Scout Pack 136 and Boy Scout Troop 136 are currently collecting returnable cans and bottles to help support their Scouting programs. Learn more HERE.
