- Bryan J. Barker (36, Billerica) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target Loss Prevention reported Barker stole a keyboard valued at approximately $100. (7:48pm)

- Sarim Kol (40, Lowell) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation. A caller reported Kol was allegedly driving all over the roadway, almost striking a mailbox. (10:23pm)
