WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for November 10, 2023

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, November 10, 2023:
  • Samuel Vincente Espinal (24, Dracut) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, No/Expired Inspection Sticker, and Using An Electronic Device While Operating A Motor Vehicle (1st Offense). (5:05am)
  • A Beeching Avenue caller reported a neighbor came over, spit in his driveway and pushed him. Police responded and spoke with both parties, plus a witness. (11:50am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Salem Street. Fence and struck damaged. No injuries noted. Both vehicles towed. One driver received a written warning for marked lanes and improper operation. (1:50pm)
  • A customer threw straws at an employee at Simards. Police were unable to locate customer, who left prior to their arrival. (7:00pm)
  • A caller reported he had been using the restroom at the McKinnon’s grocery store, the store closed, and he was left locked inside. While on phone, store manager responded and was able to let caller out of the building. (7:14pm)
