Wilmington Residents Can Ride The LRTA Bus For Free In December

Below is an announcement from the Lowell Regional Transit Authority:

LOWELL, MA — The LRTA (Lowell Regional Transit Authority) would like to introduce public transportation to everyone in the Wilmington community. Ride for free on the LRTA during the entire month of December.

Experience the benefits of public transportation, including:

  • Convenient Access to: Employment, Hospitals and Medical Services, Shopping Destinations like Malls, Plazas and Specialty Stores Attractions, Restaurants, Museums and Parks
  • Less Traffic Congestion and Reduced Energy Consumption
  • Economic Development
  • A Clean Air Environment

Whether you are visiting the region or need to get to local destinations, the LRTA can get you there or connect you to the MBTA and other transit providers.

LRTA’s Bus Route 12 goes up and down Route 38, from Lowell, through Tewksbury, to the Wilmington Center Train Station. See the bus schedule HERE.
