- Jessica Etienne Isenhart (35, Dracut) was served a summons for Leaving Scene Of Property Damage. A caller reported a vehicle struck her car and left while she was inside Target. A bystander got a photo of the vehicle and Target has surveillance footage. (3:10pm)

- Santo Jose Lara Guzman (29, Lawrence) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Failure To Dim Lights. (1:02am)

- Mark Richard Lowder (55, Peabody) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target employee reported man stole a shirt and a drink. (9:34pm)
