WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 21, 2023: Police Make 3 Arrests & Serve 2 Summonses

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, October 21, 2023:
  • Train gates were stuck down at the Middlesex Ave. and Main St. crossing after a train passed through. Police notified Keolis, which responded. (12:03am)
  • Police noted a yard on Ashwood Avenue was toilet-papered. (3:09am)
  • Police and State Police responded to a rollover on 93 North Exit 34 ramp. Man was walking around, but did not speak English. Police was unsure if he was injured. State Police handled scene. (5:42am)
  • An Ox Bow Drive caller reported loud construction being taken place at Analog Devices. He was under the impression construction was supposed to stop around Friday, October 20. Caller was advised who to contact. (6:32am)
  • While conducting a check of Town Beach, police noted vandalism with a Sharpie. (11:36am)
  • Ashley Gisselle Hinojosa (33, Lowell) was arrested for Assault & Battery on a Family/Household Member. Donicio Antonio Siri (34, Lowell) was arrested for Assault & Battery on a Family/Household Member. A caller reported two parties, inside a Fed Ex truck on Ballardvale Street, were fighting. Police responded. FedEx supervisor responded and took control of vehicle.
  • Caller reported an erratic driver on Salem Street, causing several near head-on collisions. Caller reported vehicle took a left on Woburn Street on the wrong side of the road. Police located vehicle and spoke with driver, who admitted they had poor vision when driving in the rain. Driver checked OK, and was given advice. (4:55pm)
  • Anicia Marie Nazario (22, Lawrence) was served a summons for Number Plane Violation; Uninsured Motor Vehicle; and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. (6:07pm)
  • Jason Johnson (34, Fitchburg) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target Security contacted police over a shoplifter. (7:21pm)
  • An Amazon employee reported someone threw cake at her vehicle last night. (9:15pm)
  • Lara Wilder Williams (24, Salem) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (11:10pm)
