VIRTUAL Fiction Critique Group

Whether you are drafting a short story or a novel, joining our Critique Group is a great opportunity to meet other writers and get constructive feedback in a supportive environment. Celebrate Diwali with Henna Workshop

Let’s celebrate the festival of lights, Diwali and learn henna art. In the henna workshop we will learn about the history and practice of henna, a temporary body art made from dye prepared with organic powder, essential oils, sugar, and water. You will have the opportunity to practice techniques such as rolling a henna cone and designing small motifs, and will decorate clay diya with henna designs. This fun, informal class is open to people of all artistic abilities.

The Poop Museum

Join Susie of The Poop Museum, to learn lots of fun and fabulous facts about poop! Susie is a poop expert who thinks poop is THE most interesting subject in the world. Susie has studied poop for years and loves nothing more than sharing her expansive knowledge of poop with the children of the world. Through The Poop Museum, children learn many fantastic, fabulous and fun facts about human, animal and insect poop, many of which truly amaze and surprise. Ages 4-9, siblings and families welcome

Interested in finding out more about this fantasy tabletop role-playing game, or looking for a group to play with? This month’s session will be IN PERSON at the library. You may also participate on Discord, a private server. We use D&DBeyond to track and create our characters. Grades 6-12

Book Store Next Door
The Book Store Next Door is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2. The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs.
Museum Passes
The library has discounted passes to your favorite Massachusetts museums, attractions, and state parks. Find the full list on our website!
WML In-Person Programming
Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.
WML Virtual Programming
The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to wilmlibrary.org to register or call 978-658-2967.
