WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 7, 2023: OUI Drug Arrest, 2 Summonsed For Allegedly Shoplifting At Target

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, October 7, 2023:
  • A woman reported she was out for a walk on Burlington Avenue and was attacked by turkeys. Police and Environmental Police responded. Turkeys are back in the woods. (8:23am)
  • A caller reported a train stopped at the intersection of Clark Street with the gates up and not flashing. (9:40am)
  • Christopher Joseph Gaffney (18, Holden) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target’s loss prevention officer reported 5 juveniles stole alcohol from the store at approximately 2:38pm. (4:24pm)
  • Derek James Nelson Marshall (19, Reading) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Price Tag Tampering. Target trespassed him and police escorted him off the property. (6:06pm)
  • Alexandra Elizabeth Breen (27, Boston) was arrested for OUI Drugs and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. Police came across a vehicle running on the side of the road with a woman laying down in the back seat. (7:53pm)
