WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington School Committee is holding a meeting this Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7pm in the High School’s Large Instruction Room.
The meeting will be streamed live on WCTV.org and on WCTV.
There are several noteworthy items on the meeting agenda, including:
- Assistant Superintendent Christine Elliott presenting the district’s 2023 MCAS results.
- Superintendent Glenn Brand presenting his Superintendent Goals.
- Superintendent Brand will presenting the district’s 2023-2024 enrollment report.
- Superintendent Brand will provide an update on the district’s school improvement plans.
- Superintendent Brand will provide the latest news from the MSBA (Massachusetts School Building Authority) School Building project.
- Superintendent Brand will share the news that Wilmington High has been recognized as a “Unified Champion School” by the Special Olympics.
- Wilmington Middle School Student Representatives Georgia Hanson & Victoria Ings will provide their monthly report to the Committee.
The School Committee will also hear any public comments, correspondence, and subcommittee reports.
