WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for September 21, 2023: Jet Blue Reports Someone Flying Drone In Town Too Close To Aircraft

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, September 21, 2023:
  • A resident reported vehicles aren’t stopping at stop sign at Cunningham Street and Everett Avenue. (8:43am)
  • Reading Cooperative Bank reported it has video of a customer purposely spitting on outside ATM. Police were able to locate party and speak with them. (1:03pm)
  • An individual reported a flower arrangement is missing from his mother-in-law’s gravestone at Wildwood. (1:33pm)
  • A caller reported a leaf blower was taken from a job site on Forest Street. Leaf blower was taken by someone driving a red Dodge Dakota. (2:45pm)
  • State Police reported that Jet Blue reported someone was flying a drone close to aircraft in the area of Andover Street. State Police was checking area. (3:57pm)
