WILMINGTON, MA — Frank E. Carta, age 91, a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2023.

Frank was the beloved husband of Helen P. Carta (Calnan), devoted father of Patricia A. Jackson & husband Brad and Brenda H. Carta, all of Wilmington and Frank E. Carta, Jr. & significant other Jessica, of Pepperell. Loving “Grampie” of Jessica & spouse Jackie, Katie & husband Mike, Sarah, Brad & wife Valerie, Micaela & fiancé Evan, Gaven & girlfriend Lindsay, and his great-grandsons Connor and Anthony. Dear son of the late Frank and Etta (Thurlow) Carta, brother of the late Harold Carta and Madelyn Storms. Frank is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends will gather for a Service to Celebrate Frank’s life at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Sunday, September 24th at 12:30 p.m.
