WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for September 12, 2023

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, September 12, 2023:
  • Police notified Keolis that railroad gates on Clark Street were going up and down with no train in sight. (9:16am)
  • Police received an alarm notification from Simply Safe for a house on Fairmeadow Road. Sensor was set off by mistake by homeowner. (2:12pm)
  • A past hit and run was reported in the Analog Devices parking lot. Owner’s vehicle was struck while at work. (3:32pm)
  • A caller reported a white pickup truck backed into a telephone pole at Boutwell Street and Aldrich Road, and continued on. Police were unable to locate truck. Verizon was notified. (4:5pm)
  • A man called to ask for a ride to Dunkin’ tomorrow as he did not have a ride. Caller was advised the police do not offer such a service and asked if there was an emergency. He said no. Police confirmed there was no emergency. (7:17pm)
