- A caller reported a vehicle struck her mailbox and continued on. A second caller reported a vehicle struck his mailbox. A Fairmeadow Road caller reported a vehicle parked across from her house. Female driver is walking around front lawn and screaming, acting like someone is hitting her, but no one is with her. Susan Cunha Azevedo (46, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor (3rd Offense); Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle; Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; Leaving Scene Of Property Damage; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; Uninsured Motor Vehicle; Marked Lanes Violation; and Lights Violation. - A caller reported 10-20 cars flying through the Market Basket parking lot. Police responded, but did not observe any erratic behavior. (10:19pm)
