WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for August 3, 2023: Two Police Cruisers Involved In Crash

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, August 3, 2023:
  • Statement from WPD: The Wilmington Police Department is currently investigating a motor vehicle crash involving two police cruisers. The crash occurred at approximately 12:07 pm at the intersection of High Street and Linda Road as the two fully marked police units were responding to a disturbance call. Both officers sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital by ambulance. The preliminary investigation indicates that one cruiser rear ended the other. The full circumstances of the crash remain under investigation by the Wilmington Police Department. (12:07pm)
  • A caller reported his vehicle was sideswiped by a Fire Engine at Middlesex Avenue and Pleasant Road. (12:29pm)
  • Paul Allen Goslin (28, Randolph) was arrested on a Warrant and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (4:12pm)
  • Fire Department responded to brush fire at Town Park/Aprile Field on Main Street. (5:37pm)
  • Woman lost her 18k white gold wedding band with diamonds from 6pm to 8pm today in field behind Town Hall. (8:26pm)
