- A caller reported an erratic operator on Middlesex Avenue — swerving, driving on the wrong side of the road, slamming on breaks, and driving only 15 MPH. Police pulled over driver, who showed no signs of impairment. Driver said he was lost and looking at his phone for directions. Police advised him of the hands-free law. (12:12pm)
