WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 13, 2023: 2 Drivers Served Summonses

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 13, 2023:
  • An Avalon Oaks resident reported banging on her down since 6am. Male party stated he was maintenance and that there was a flood in the hallway. Caller was uncomfortable going to the door to check. Police responded. Leak was confirmed. Maintenance worker was trying to see if leak was coming from caller’s apartment. (7:33am)
  • Oriana May Smith (28, Worcester) was served a summons for Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. A caller reported his vehicle was struck by a white jeep on Middlesex Avenue. Jeep fled the scene. (2:06pm)
  • Ricaurte Suarez Valencia (56, Chelsea) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Failure To Stop/Yield. (4:53pm)
