- James F. McLaughlin (33, Wilmington) was arrested for Breaking & Entering In Nighttime To Commit A Felony; Larceny Under $1200; and Receiving Stolen Property Valued At Under $1200. An Avalon Drive caller reported two people looking into vehicles and appear to be under the influence. When caller asked where they lived, they made rude remarks. (11:15pm)

Man was described as in his 60’s, 6’1, 200 lbs, wearing faded blue cap, white mask, and faded blue shirt with a mountain on it. (5:02pm)
