WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 25, 2023

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, June 25, 2023:
  • Anthony John Manetta (20, Salem, NH) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Speeding. (12:16pm)
  • A caller reported a dog in a parked vehicle in the Market Basket parking lot. Windows are barely cracked and vehicle is not running. Dog is reportedly panting. Police responded. Owner came to her vehicle and drove off with her dog. (6:38pm)
  • 2 Faulkner Avenue callers reported they can hear a man yelling “help.” Police responded, but was unable to locate anyone in distress on Faulkner Avenue, Emerson Avenue or Miller Road. (10:15pm)
  • A Gloria Way caller reported hearing 2 dogs fighting in the area. Caller believes people are tying to break it up. Police checked area and located no dogs barking or fighting. (10:57pm)
