- Staff at AdviniaCare on West Street reported a past assault between residents. (1:03pm)
- Nicholas Michael Hutchinsonmejia (25, Dracut) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Speeding. (5:24pm)
- James F. McLaughlin (33, Wilmington) was arrested for Breaking & Entering In Nighttime To Commit A Felony; Larceny Under $1200; and Receiving Stolen Property Valued At Under $1200. An Avalon Drive caller reported two people looking into vehicles and appear to be under the influence. When caller asked where they lived, they made rude remarks. (11:15pm)
