WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 21, 2023

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, June 21, 2023:
  • Police came across 4 children on bikes at 2:22am outside Triton Car Wash on Main Street. Police called one of their parents, who responded and took custody of the juveniles. (2:22am)
  • Police responded to a minor motor vehicle crash in Target parking lot. Police were delayed by a train at the North Wilmington station. Police issued one of the drivers a summons for unlicensed operation. (9:45am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Salem Street and Woburn Street. Elderly passenger was transported by the Fire Department. (1:36pm)
  • Tewksbury Police had a low-speed failure to stop. Wilmington Police was able to pull pull over vehicle at Main Street and Veranda Avenue. Operator was transported by Fire Department. Vehicle was towed. Reading Police notified operator’s family. Tewksbury Police will handle motor vehicle charges and RMV immediate threat paperwork. (9:07pm)
