The library will be closed on Saturday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The library will also close at 5pm on Monday, July 3.

OFFSITE Pints + Pages Book Group
Thursday, July 6, 7pm
A social book group geared towards readers in their 20’s and 30’s. This group meets on the first Thursday of every other month. The book discussion will be hosted by librarians from the Wilmington and Tewksbury Public Libraries. Meeting location usually rotates between Wilmington and Tewksbury. The featured book for July is Babel by R.F. Kuang and this meeting will take place at Surf Seafood in Woburn.
Needleworkers
Friday, July 7, 10am
This is a social group for those who do any kind of needle craft. Bring your knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc. and enjoy a little conversation and camaraderie. Drop in.
Youth Programs
Friends & Freeze Pops
Wednesday, July 5, 3pm
Kids entering grades 1-3 can join in for a summer of reading fun! Registered kids will receive a copy of the book to keep that we’ll read together every week, enjoying freeze pops and playing games along the way! The featured book is Dragons and Marshmallows (Zoey and Sassafras #1) by Asia Citro. Registration is for a four-week session. Please be sure you can attend all four sessions before registering. Come read our new Storywalk® together while walking around Rotary Park! Follow it up by checking out books at our mini pop-up library! All Ages

Library Redesign Project Update
The first floor of the library will be closed through the weeks of June 12 and July 10 while the redesign project is being implemented. Books and public computers on the first floor will not be accessible during this time. The second floor will remain open and the following services will be available at this location.

Book Store Next Door
The Book Store Next Door is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2. The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs.
WML In-Person Programming
Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.
WML Virtual Programming
The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to wilmlibrary.org to register or call 978-658-2967.
