- Mark Allen Sthilaire (57, Waterbury, CT) was arrested for Uttering False Check, Forgery of Check, Identity Fraud, Attempting To Commit A Crime, and Forging/Misusing RMV Document. MNT Bank Manager reported a man was attempting to cash a fraudulent check. (12:24pm)
