Wednesday, June 14, 2023

  • Mark Allen Sthilaire (57, Waterbury, CT) was arrested for Uttering False Check, Forgery of Check, Identity Fraud, Attempting To Commit A Crime, and Forging/Misusing RMV Document. MNT Bank Manager reported a man was attempting to cash a fraudulent check. (12:24pm)

  • Rodrigo Da Silva (37, North Andover) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (6:39am)
  • Daniel Scot Bramwell (20, Haverhill) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Number Plate Violation. (9:17pm)
  • Tanya R. Deliso (37, Lawrence) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Number Plate Violation. (10:00pm)

  • Margaret M. MacLellan (49, Lowell) was served a summons for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense), Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, and Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. MacLellan struck a pole on Myway Circle. Driver was initially unconscious. (8:45pm)

A caller reported they observed a man drink three nips in the parking lot by his truck after walking out of the liquor store in the Lucci’s Plaza parking lot. (6:24pm)
