WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 18, 2023: Alleged Larceny From Target; Hit & Run On Main St.

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, June 18, 2023:
  • A deer was struck and killed on Church Street. (6:01am)
  • Nickolas S. Messier (39, Hookset, NH) was served a summons for Larceny Under $1200 and Shoplifting By Concealment. Target security reported a theft from Thursday night. (12:21pm)
  • A caller reported a hit and run hear Shell Gas Station on Main Street. Vehicle was described as a brown Chevy Silverado pickup truck, with cap. After head-on collision, vehicle drove northbound on Main Street towards the Town Center. Police were unable to locate. Anonymous witness stated vehicle had Army Ranger stickers on back and partial license plate of 8YS. No injuries. No airbags. Vehicle was operable. Police will reach out to Z&S Gas Station for surveillance footage. (6:01pm)
  • A Faulkner Avenue caller reported hearing a man yellow “help me” approximately 10 minutes ago. Caller went outside, checked around, and did not locate anyone. Police responded. Resident at Emerson Avenue confirmed hearing the yelling. Police were unable to locate anyone. (11:00pm)
