Meet the husband-and-wife owners Fonzi and Julie Chavez. Fonzi serves as Executive Chef, while Julie bartends. Learn about their favorite meals and drinks to make, the restaurant’s specials, the most-ordered menu item, the atmosphere, the restaurant’s origin story, and the silver lining of COVID. Listen to interviews from customers and get a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a dish, plus a deep-dive into the dessert menu.
