LOUDON, NH — Terrance F. O’Brien of Loudon, NH passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on June 14, 2023.
Terry was born on June 21, 1943 in Lynn, MA to the late Arthur and Mary (Richard) O’Brien.
He served in the United States Navy for a noble 4 years before being honorably discharged. After leaving the military, Terry went to work for General Electric in Wilmington, MA, before they were bought out by Ametek where he continued to work for 30 years. Terry often said he was a “Jack of all trades, but a master at none” when referring to his love for woodworking and other handy pastimes. One of his biggest achievements is the three-story house in Loudon he built where he and many of his generations of family live. One of his favorite things to do is go on walks, whether it be around the house outside, through the woods, or down the street.
Terry is survived by his wife, Carol (Mailloux) O’Brien, daughter, Erin Rolon and husband Mark of Loudon, son, Shawn O’Brien of Loudon, sisters; Patricia Greski of Florida and Carole Fila of Lynn, MA, grandchildren; Chayton O’Brien, Antonio Rolon, Devon Rolon, and Angela Rolon, as well as the family dog, Kyson.
A graveside service will be held at the New Hampshire Veteran Cemetery in Boscawen, NH on July 10th, 2023 at Noon. To share a memory or offer a condolence please visit www.roanfamilyfuneral.com. Assisting the family with arrangements is Roan Family Funeral Home – Pembroke.
