WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington School Committee is holding a meeting this Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7pm in the High School’s Large Instruction Room.
The meeting will be streamed live on WCTV.org and on WCTV.
The Committee will be holding a reception from this year’s batch of retirees from 6pm to 7pm in the high school’s courtyard.
There are several noteworthy items on the 7pm meeting agenda, including:
- Announcement of 2022/2023 Staff Retirees
- Presentation on the Elementary School Building Project and Grade Configurations
- First Reading of the 2023/2024 WHS Handbook
- Presentation of the District’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
- Celebration of the WHS Class of 2023
- Announcement of a new Curriculum Team Leader
- Announcement of a Family Engagement Specialist event
- Presentation of the WHS Senior Exploration program
- Approval of Band & Orchestra Field Trip to New York City
- Approval of Technology Grants from Wilmington Educational Foundation
- Calendar Adjustment for Wildwood Students & Staff
The School Committee will also hear any public comments, correspondence, and subcommittee reports.
