- David Charles Butcher (34, Peabody) was arrested for OUI Liquor (3rd Offense), Failure To Stop/Yield, Possession Of Open Container Of Alcohol In A Motor Vehicle, and Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. Butcher was involved in a 2-vehicle crash at Lowell Street and Woburn Street. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. (4:29pm)

- Braydan Lee Sanborn (19, Billerica) was arrested for Assault & Battery on a Police Officer; Resisting Arrest; Threatening To Commit A Crime (x2); and Disorderly Conduct. Police responded to a disturbance involving a dispute between a man and woman, with juveniles present. (6:21pm)

- Stephen McGurn (60, Dracut) was arrested for an OUI (Liquor). A caller reported they were in the McDonald’s drive-thru line and an employee stated they smelled alcohol from the previous vehicle. Police responded. Employee denied telling the caller that they smelled alcohol, but did state the driver’s movements were slow. Police were able to locate the vehicle in question. (8:57pm)
