- The Wilmington Recreation Department is sponsoring its 40th Annual Fishing Derby at Silver Lake. The Derby will run from 7:30am to 10:30am at Town Beach. Participants must register in the Bath House. Prizes will be awarded to contest winners in the youth categories. The cost to participate in the Derby is $5 for those ages 18 and over, and $2 for anyone age 17 and under. Worms will be available for purchase.
- The Wilmington Democratic Town Committee is holding a Caucus to elect delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic State Convention at 10am at the Fourth of July Building. Learn more HERE.
- The Tewksbury Public Library and Tewksbury Historical Society invites Wilmington residents to a presentation on “The History of Railroads in Tewksbury and Wilmington” from 2:30pm to 3:30pm at the Tewksbury Library (300 Chandler Street, Tewksbury). Learn more HERE.
