• Fresh Start Skincare & Laser, located at 230 Lowell Street, is holding an Open House Reception at 5pm. Residents are invited to attend. The Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce is holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Reception. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
