Police spoke with Starbucks employee, who stated nothing was out of the ordinary. Police checked the Hyundai dealership. The owner of the phone then called dispatch to report her daughter was playing a prank on her phone. Police told owner to drive to the station to confirm. Police confirmed there was no emergency. Police spoke with the phone owner and her daughter. (3:24pm)
