WILMINGTON, MA — According to Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between March 1, 2023 to March 7, 2023.

Wednesday, March 1, 2023

  • Rhaffaella Almondes (22, Somerville) was arrested for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Failure To Identify Self, and No or Expired Inspection Sticker. (5:26pm)

Thursday, March 2, 2023

  • Geralda Dias De Lacerda (52, Lowell) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. (2:14pm)

Friday, March 3, 2023

  • William Joseph O’Brien, Jr. (40, Billerica) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. O’Brien was involved in a motor vehicle rollover on Chestnut Street. A guardrail was damaged. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. (2:28am)
  • Robert Alexander Peguero Fermin (19, Lawrence) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. (6:31am)
  • Rocky M. Veliz (37, Somerville) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense) and Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. Veliz was involved in a 2-vehicle crash at Lowell Street and Dartmouth Avenue. (5:58pm)

  • Gilbar Ovidio (36, Lawrence) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Speeding, and Failure To Stop/Yield. (6:15pm)

  • Joseph Bernall Geffrard (23, Woburn) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, Failure To Stop/Yield, and License Not In Possession. (10:24pm)

Tuesday, March 7, 2023

  • William Henry Perry (56, Wilmington) was arrested for Assault & Battery With A Dangerous Weapon and Vandalizing Property. An employee from a business on Main Street reported Perry allegedly picked up a computer and tried to throw it at him. (4:29pm)
