WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for February 22, 2023

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, February 22, 2023:

• Police notified Mass Highway to replace a 40 MPH sign on Main Street. (4:17am)
• A gray 2012 GMC Acadia struck an Avalon Oaks apartment building. A strong odor of gas was detected. Gas line may have been struck. Police, Fire and National Grid responded. Building was evacuated. (10:18am)
• A gray 2002 Toyota Camry struck a pole on Glen Road. Police and Fire responded. RMLD and Verizon notified. Vehicle towed. Two individuals were picked up by relatives. (10:39pm)
