WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for December 9, 2022: Hit & Run; Aggressive Turkeys; Driver Served Summons

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, December 9, 2022:
  • A caller reported 2 turkeys were outside their Main Street business’s door not letting customers in or out of the building. Police responded. Turkeys were led to the rear of the building where they wouldn’t bother anyone. (2:43pm)
  • A caller reported a hit and run near the 99 Restaurant on Lowell Street. She was rear-ended and the vehicle continued on. Police were unable to locate the second vehicle. (5:36pm)
  • A caller reported packages were stolen from their front porch this afternoon. Caller called back to report packages were placed on top of her vehicle. (6:35pm)
  • Mitchell McGrath (Woburn, 33) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License (Subsequent Offense). (7:36pm)
