WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for November 21, 2022: Haverhill Man Arrested

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, November 21, 2022:
  • Jorge Velasquez (61, Haverhill) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and No/Expired Inspection Sticker. (5:16am)
  • A caller reported a child in a yard on Main Street may be stuck on a stoop surrounded by turkeys. Police responded and could not locate a child or turkeys. (6:51am)
  • A 3-vehicle crash occurred on Upton Drive. One vehicle towed. DPW notified to clean up glass fragments in roadway. (7:21am)
  • Police came across man walking near train tracks on Glen Road with a bow. Man was transported back to his residence. He was advised of laws and not to trespass on railroad tracks. Mass Environmental Police confirmed hunting license is active. (1:14pm)
