WILMINGTON, MA — This past weekend, four Wilmington North Intermediate School students, Nicholas DeMedeiros (5th Grade), Max Patterson (5th Grade) Isabelle Martiniello (4th Grade) and Alana Martiniello (4th Grade) traveled to Lake Placid, New York to compete with their hockey teams in the CanAm Challenge Cup. Nicholas and Max represented the New England Bulldogs, while Isabelle and Alana represented the New Hampshire Avalanche.
Nicholas Demedeiros was the Winner of the Shoot-out for 2012/2013 division and Isabelle Martiniello was Runner-Up. Isabelle and Alana both took home the Gold Medal with their team for the 10U division.
These players represented their teams well and all brought home awards to their home town of Wilmington. Congratulations to three amazing players and best of luck to them this hockey season.
