POLICE LOG for October 3: Driver Given Citation For Failure To Stop For School Bus; Suspicious Drones

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, October 3, 2022:
  • Tractor trailer operator stated a possible catalytic converter theft currently occurring on Eames Street. Woburn Police notified. (1:01am)
  • Police issued a driver a citation for failure to stop for a school bus. Infraction occurred in front of library. (7:02am)
  • A caller reported they were driving on 93 North and saw drones flying around a cell tower right before Route 129. Caller felt it was suspicious and wanted it checked out. No cell tower in that area which belongs to Wilmington. Woburn and Reading Police were notified. (3:20pm)
  • Customer lost wallet at Market Basket on Saturday around 6:30pm. Wallet had credit card, $100 cash and pictures of grandkids. (3:25pm)
