POLICE LOG for September 26: Driver Served Summons; 4-Wheeler Stolen From Yard; Car Vandalized

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, September 26, 2022:
  • A caller alleged threats were made towards him from a manager during an argument. Police responded to a verbal argument. A party had been fired and was sent on his way. (7:02am)
  • Police issued a citation to driver for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Church Street. (7:44am)
  • Police provided mutual aid to a SWAT call out in North Andover. (1:04pm)
  • Johel Alexander Lopez (19, Lowell) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (2:00pm)
  • A man called stated he had a knife in his backpack and was on a train going to Boston. The call then disconnected. Wilmington Police notified MBTA Police. (3:34pm)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Main Street. 2 vehicles towed. (6:04pm)
  • A resident reported a 4-wheeler was stolen from a back yard on Sprucewood Road. Resident has video footage. (6:33pm)
  • A walk-in party reported vandalism to a car on Avalon Drive. (7:34pm)
